To Whom It May Concern:

Ed Chang has worked at Interet Corporation (formerly Interet Inc.) since July 1992. At the beginning of this year, he was promoted to Senior Financial Analyst from Financial Modeling Analyst. I am his immediate supervisor and one of three owners of the company. Interet provides linear/integer programming software to structure big-ticket domestic and cross-border capital equipment lease financings. Our clients are mainly financial analysts at banks investing in these transactions. Our day-to-day operations resemble a consulting firm, since complex mathematical modeling requires extensive customer support.

Ed assists our clients in creating equation models to reflect their tax, accounting and economic requirements. He developed our most complicated deal structure to-date (a "Special Allocation Partnership'' model) and explained it to a major client. He continues to work with a tax attorney in developing enhancements to Special Allocation Partnership models which we expect to generate favorable publicity for the capabilities of our program and new clients.

By combining his background in operations research and previous modeling experience with a willingness to learn, Ed has become our most technically proficient customer support person. Our clients are especially pleased with his patience and easily understood explanations. Ed takes great pleasure in helping them (and Interet staff) learn mathematical and financial concepts.

Ed also had the primary responsibility for training and developing two Financial Analysts who joined our company in October of 1994. It was mainly through his efforts that they both quickly became productive members of our staff. He is in the process of training a third Financial Analyst.

Our confidence in Ed is shown by the aforementioned promotion and allowing him to telecommute (from 3000 miles away!) on a trial basis. I highly recommend him for any position he applies for.

Sincerely,

John Campbell
Vice President of Marketing and Customer Support
