Senior Financial Analyst - Marketing & Customer Support Group (Reference Letter)

Provided financial modeling consulting to analysts using Interet's domestic/cross-border lease analysis software. This involved mathematical modeling, advising on structures to enhance lessor returns and lower lessee costs, and addressing tax and accounting issues.

Developed a mixed integer programming Special Allocation Partnership model for a major client. Designed and tested a new equation modeling language and simultaneous optimization capabilities required to structure the partners' disproportionate (to their respective initial investments) lease cash flows and tax deductions.

Edited and updated Interet's 1994 and 1995 software reference manuals. Successfully trained two financial analysts.

Reviewed the quantitative sections of the entire 1996 manuscript and part of the 2000 one by reverse-engineering the financial models of various experts. Developed a spreadsheet that compares the after-tax future value costs of buying versus renting a home to generate 60 values for two graphs in the book.
